After nearly 10 years in operation, the #TeenTalk chatroom has finally closed.

#TeenTalk began on LineOne in August 1998, and continued under Tiscali when LineOne were bought out by them. In November 2007, #TeenTalk moved to UKChatLineOne, a private chat server, after Tiscali closed down their chat service.

The reason for the closure of #TeenTalk is simply due to lack of users coming into the room. Numbers dropped considerably when we were on Tiscali before the changeover, but it was hoped things would improve on the new server.

Many users and moderators have used the room over the years, too many to mention here, but it has been a blast. We are sorry, though, to hear of the death of Marmite, also known as Monday, who died on January 16; she was the first moderator to help Wiz six months after #TeenTalk first opened. Our thoughts go to her family & friends at this sad time.

This site has been archived, including the user profiles.

All that remains to be said is to thank you ALL for making #TeenTalk the fun room that it was.
